• To fulfill the greatest commandment by loving God and loving people.

• To help people develop a personal relationship with God.

• To teach people how to hear the voice of God and to know who they are in Jesus Christ and to understand and use the authority they have through the finished work of the cross.

• To help people develop a lifestyle of worship.

• To be a training center for all ages.

• To establish teams for Evangelism, Discipleship, Life Groups, Counseling, Healing, Teaching, Prophecy, Prayer & Intercession, Praise & Worship, Praise Arts, Ministry of Helps, Youth and Children’s Ministries, Marriage & Family Ministries, and Business & Financial teams.

• To promote Kingdom Growth—To raise up an army of saints to do the work of the ministry and advance the Kingdom of God in our city and around the world.

• To have a Children’s Ministry that prepares children to live a Victorious lifestyle, that know God, and have the gifts of the Holy Spirit activated in their lives.

• To send properly prepared Ministry Teams to plant churches and to minister across denominational lines, nationally and internationally.

• To develop training manuals.

• To have sufficient land, buildings, personnel, and facilities needed for equipping the saints to bring forth the Kingdom of God.

• To help restore the Dramatic Arts and Expression back in the church and use them as demonstrations of God’s glory. (Music, Dance, Flags, Drama, Etc.)

• To effectively support community development in family issues, business, and government.

• To effectively equip and motivate both the young and the old to discover their God given purpose and reach their full potential and destiny in God.
