The foundation of the Christian faith is built on Jesus Christ and His Word to us, the Holy Bible. Using Larry Kreider's Biblical Foundation Series as our guide, we will study the biblical principles that are key to building a firm spiritual foundation in our lives. In this second book, The New Way of Living, we will look at two of the six foundational doctrines found in Hebrews 6:1-2, repentance from dead works and faith toward God. We will learn that we must repent from trying to gain God's acceptance by doing good things. Good deeds done to impress God or man are "dead works," and they do not get us closer to God. Only true repentance leads to faith in God. Books for this class are $5.
